Cancellation/ No Show Policy
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you. Our providers make every effort to be on time for scheduled appointments. In return, we ask that you help us by keeping your scheduled appointments and by notifying us in advance when you are unable to do so. When you give us advanced notice we are able to accommodate other patients. A missed appointment is when you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, do not answer the door or phone, not present in room, without notifying the clinic or when you cancel without sufficient notice.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, contact our clinic immediately (905) 708-9817. Since appointments are in high demand, your prompt cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to access timely care. Appointments that are not cancelled 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 (this includes same day cancellations and no shows). This fee will be added to your next appointment.
There is no charge for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment if we are notified 24hrs prior.
We appreciate your compliance and understanding with this policy so that we can continue to provide excellent care as well as excellent customer service.
